Eid Card Craft | Eid Mubarak | DIY

Dear mothers and kids!

Eid ul Adha will be celebrated on 1st  August 2020. We still be in quarantine and following social distancing on this Eid day, but it doesn't mean that we forget about our loved ones.In this pandemic situation when kids are not attending school and are stuck at home, why not indulge them in some creative activities?
 We carefully thought of the Eid Card Craft that can be easily made with the help of this printable worksheet available in colored and black and white version. Either you will  simply print it and paste on A4 colored sheet or let your creativity flow. Paint the template, color it or make a collage.

A couple of days ago, my son picked up a random book from my book rack and asked: Mom! Why did you buy this book?  At that point, without waiting for my answer, he replied... oh! I guess you bought it when Abdullah was born because you didn't know how to be a mother, so you wanted to learn about being a good mother. As I reflected upon his conversation, I asked myself how many of us (mothers or even fathers) ever thought about the idea of being trained in the craft of parenting or motherhood. While we get an education of at least 16 years for the professions that we even won't pursue, we never got trained for the most important role of our life -motherhood. While motherhood is a role. Parenting is a skill that can be learned. Hence I recommend reading books on parenting every now and then.
